Field Trips
The AMP offers field trips during the school year for school groups of any age! Field trips are available daily, beginning at 12:15 pm. Please email our director for availability and pricing. Maximum capacity = 45 participants.
Private Visits
In addition to school field trips, the AMP also offers private visits. These events are offered both during school hours (beginning at 12:15 pm), and on select evenings and weekends for groups of 10 to 45 participants. Please email our director for availability and pricing.
Public Events
Each season, the AMP hosts a weekend star program showcasing the constellations and stars visible during a given time of year. These events are free to the public and will be listed below when available. The 45 available seats will be first-come, first-serve, with repeat shows offered back to back.
Classroom Visits
Are you an elementary school teacher in the VCSC? Would you like a guest speaker to visit your students and discuss all things space? Contact our director if you would like a visit FROM the planetarium TO your classroom!
