Ms. Newman, Fourth Grade Teacher
Hi, my name is Ms. Newman and I am so excited to be an Anchor this year! This will be my 7th year as a teacher. I taught one year as a reading recovery teacher, three years in first grade, one year in third, and one year in a 3/4 split. Now, I’m excited to teach 4th grade at Sugar Creek Consolidated.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a three old son, named Max. My family and I enjoy swimming, hiking, camping, and playing with our German Shepherd, Mya. My favorite place to vacation is anywhere with a beach. Max, his dad, and I take a trip to Florida every summer to spend a week relaxing in the sun.
I feel so very blessed to be given the opportunity to stay a part of the West Side Community. I am looking forward to a wonderful year at S.C.C.
