About Mrs. Kraemer

I’m Mrs. Kraemer and I have been teaching at Ouabache Elementary for 19 years.
In May of 2004, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education
from Indiana State University. In 2009, I graduated with a master’s degree in
Education. I have taught first grade (extremely short period of time), fourth grade,
and I was a Reading Recovery teacher.
I was born and raised in Riley, Indiana and still live there today with my husband,
our two Australian Cattle dogs, and two cats. Together, my husband and I have
three adult children. We are also blessed with five grandchildren that we
absolutely ADORE and have one more on the way!
When I’m not grading papers or preparing lessons, I can be found working in my
husband’s garden, jet skiing or boating on the lake, walking my furry friends, or
spending time with family, friends, and of course the grandchildren.
I love almost everything! A few of my favorite things that I love are the Harry
Potter book series, the book The One and Only Ivan, and any science fiction
books. When I’m outside I love to draw and, in the spring and summer, I love to
attend baseball games. Pizza, pasta, and breads are my favorite foods. But most
of all, teaching young people is my favorite thing to do!
