SPIN offers Employment and Community Participation Services across Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, and Northampton counties. SPIN’s Employment Services are offered to youth, aged 14-21, and adults with intellectual, developmental, and autism spectrum disabilities. People seeking employment receive support in finding job opportunities, professional development, orientation and training on the job, and ongoing support to maintain successful employment. SPIN has over 100 business partners and our staff are certified in Discovery and Customized Employment best practices. SPIN’s person first services support people to achieve a life that is full and meaningful where they are truly engaged in their community. SPIN helps youth and their families navigate the transition to adulthood through workshops, job trials, and paid internships that prepare the youth for life after graduation. SPIN’s Community Participation Services support adults to develop new skills and talents, build healthy relationships, and live more independently.
