The Union Springs CSD is excited to announce that Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) registration is just around the corner! UPK is a vital early education program designed to provide a strong foundation for our youngest learners.

Program Details:

✅ Who is eligible? Children who turn 4 years old on or before December 1, 2025.
✅ Cost: Free for eligible children.
✅ Program Length: Full-day instruction.
✅ Locations: A.J. Smith Elementary and Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES.
✅ Teachers: Certified early childhood educators.

📬 Registration packets will be mailed out starting in February. If you have an eligible child and do not receive a packet or have any questions, please contact Penny Ross at 315-889-4170.

📅 Open enrollment begins March 26, 2025.
