Ribbon Cuttings Mark Major Milestone for Taylor ISD Bond Projects

Ribbon Cuttings Mark Major Milestone for Taylor ISD Bond Projects
Celebrating Growth, Innovation, and Community Partnership

On Thursday, June 12th, Taylor ISD marked a significant moment in district history with ribbon cutting ceremonies at Main Street Elementary, Taylor Middle School, and Taylor High School. These celebrations honored the completion of the 2022 bond projects, which have brought exciting new upgrades and improvements to campuses across the district. 🏫✂️

From modernized learning spaces to critical safety enhancements, this bond focused on creating secure and engaging environments where students can thrive.

Each campus was full of energy as community members, students, staff, and local leaders gathered to celebrate the future of education in Taylor.

A special Thank You goes to Samsung Austin Semiconductor for their generous $1 million donation, which helped outfit and furnish the brand-new Career and Technical Education (CTE) wing at Taylor High School with the tools and equipment needed for hands-on learning. This addition ensures our students graduate with real-world skills tailored to high-tech careers—right here in Taylor and beyond.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Taylor community for passing the bond and to everyone—planners, builders, staff, and supporters—who helped bring these projects to life.
