Hi, my name is Doug Pond and I am starting my 17th year of teaching at Concord Elementary School with the 2019 – 2020 school year. All of my teaching experience has been in Second Grade. I have undergraduate degrees from Ohio University and Urbana University, and I received a Master’s Degree from Urbana as well. My family includes two awesome children (a boy and a girl) of my own as well as my wife’s two fantastic girls. I enjoy many sports, fishing, playing guitar, and generally hanging out outside. Our school's amazing families and children make it an awesome place to work! Have a fantastic school year.
