My name is Nancy Doucette and I have worked for Troy City Schools for nine years. I am a graduate of California State University at Fresno and am currently working towards a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. Before moving to Ohio in 2005 I taught fourth and second grades in California. I currently teach third grade at Concord and I love it. My enthusiasm for teaching young learners is boundless. I believe in high expectations and delight when my students see how successful they can be. How lucky I am to work with such wonderful students, families and colleagues. We have an outstanding school district, and we are very fortunate at Concord to have parents and teachers who work together to instill the love of learning in all children who pass through our doors.
