- The boys basketball team beat Tolland Middle School on Tuesday. The final score was 67-59. A fourth quarter run put the Cougars ahead and tough defense throughout the fourth led to the win. The Cougars lost to Ellington Middle school on Wednesday, 51-45. A hard fought game on both ends of the floor but the Cougars couldn’t hold on to the lead. A three pointer and a couple of made free throws by Ellington late in the game led to the loss. The Cougars fell to 3-6 for the season but look to turn things around Thursday at home against JFK.
