Throughout the month we will spotlight influential members of our society from the Black Community.
- Last night the Lady Cougars suffered their first back to back loss of the season, falling to Suffield 53-37. Shea Brochu, who unfortunately kept getting knocked around all over the court, helped out with 10 points and numerous steals on the defensive end. Teagan Purcell had 8 points while Kylah Wood and Gianna DiSalvatore rounded out the scoring with 3 and 2 points respectively. While the ladies' regular season is over, they are awaiting results from other games to find out what seed they will be in the playoffs, the 'second' season for the girls. The Lady Cougars could finish in either the #2, 3, or 4 seed depending on how the other games finish up. Congrats on a great season ladies and good luck in the playoffs.
