Last Friday, Boys Soccer earned a 3-0 shutout vs. EO Smith. Jonny Rossetti, Nick Gattuso and Junior deOliveira scored for the Bobcats. Mike Pandiscia earned the shutout.
Last night, Boys Soccer played to a 1-1 tie versus Enfield. They completed dominated all 4 periods but could not come away with the win in overtime. Nick Gattuso scored the only goal for the Bobcats. The boys play again Friday after school at home vs last year's state champion Plainville.
The Varsity Girls Soccer team defeated Enfield yesterday by a score of 7 to 2. Ella Manning turned in another quality 80 minutes. Goals were scored by Emma Smith, Caitlin Sauer and Karly Suppicich. Jordan Roberts, Lindsay Fishman and Rhianna O'Meara added assists and Maria Galley had three saves. The team next plays at Bristol Central on Thursday.
Congratulations to the Girls Volleyball program! Last night they earned another Bobcat, which means that all three teams won in their games against the Enfield Eagles. The freshmen team won 2-1, JV won 2-1 and Varsity needs to won 3-0. Great job Ladies! Keep earning those Bobcats!

The Peer Mental Health Educators will have a drop-in board game social open to all students during all lunch waves Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week. Anyone who would like to attend during their lunch wave can go to either the Career Center or Library Media Center and enjoy a variety of games during their wave.

Africa is a huge and incredibly diverse continent but is frequently stereotyped as a monolith. If you've ever wanted to learn more about the various peoples, food, pop culture, and current life in different African countries, you have to check out the African American Culture Appreciation Club. The Varsity Girls' Soccer team defeated Conard yesterday by a score of 5 to 1. Caitlin Sauer scored three times, twice assisted by Rhianna O'Meara. Emma Smith also scored, assisted by Lindsay Fishman, while Savannah Rossetti got her first goal of the season. Kelly Morson and Candace Walsh had outstanding games while Maria Galley had 3 saves for the win. The team faces Manchester on Friday at home.
