SWHS is administering the American Mathematics Contest on Thursday, February 4. This year, the test will be given virtually and administered after school from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The AMC is a national competition consisting of 25 challenging multiple choice problems given over 75 minutes involving a variety of mathematics. There is a version for 9 and 10 graders, and a separate version for 11 and 12 graders with more complex mathematical topics. If you are interested in taking the test, you must sign up for the AMC 10/12 2021 Google Classroom with the code tm75r3l. Once in the classroom, you must fill out the Google Form to reserve a test by this Friday, January 8 at noon to guarantee a spot taking the test.
