Veeder Elementary has begun its annual food drive and the donation go to the Northeast Regional Food Bank. The fourth graders went one step farther than just bringing in a donation, they went to the Food Bank to volunteer their service one night this week. Students made up boxes then sorted pallets of cookies and crackers so they’d be ready to go to various agencies in the area. Students worked along side their parents and got the job done in record time.
