iCARE Officers Made $11,000 Regional Food Bank Donation

The Colonie Central High School iCARE team raised and donated $11,000 over the course of eight fundraising events this school year, with all profits going to the Regional Food Bank. iCARE officers made the official donation to the Board of Education June 19 and reported to the board about their initiatives and successes during the year. Among the details: 1,249 student volunteers staffed 81 different school and community events for a total of 6,835 volunteer hours this year.
