Forest Park Elementary School students honored more than 20 veterans and active military service members from our Forest Park community as part of our first annual Flag Day celebration. Students lined the hallways and clapped as guest paraded through the halls to the cafeteria. Veterans and military members sat on stage while our third graders lead by Mr. Ryan welcomed them with The Armed Service Medley. Mrs. Healy and Miss Traynor thanked our special guests for their service and students and staff sang patriotic songs in appreciation of them on Flag Day.
