Colonie Central High School and the Blue Star Mothers sponsored a 9-11 remembrance ceremony at the Hill of Heroes.
The ceremony included Colonie Town Supervisor Paula Mahan, representatives from the Tri-County Vietnam Era Veterans, the Colonie Police Department, and Colonie EMS. The event was supported by students from the CCHS iCARE program. The night included speeches, a bagpipe rendition of the National Anthem, Amazing Grace, and God Bless America as well as an accompanying singer.
