Cathryn Salamone, Colonie Central High School Class of 2008 and known professionally today as Cathryn Wake, is part of the ensemble in the Broadway play “The Great Comet” playing at the Imperial Theatre in New York City.
Linda Podlaski, her former third grade teacher along with other Colonie teachers, saw the play and got a backstage tour from Cathryn. She plays the clarinet throughout the show, as well as singing and dancing.
