Q: How does the Alumni Association process those who receive a GED diploma?

A: GED (General Educational Development) is an exam. It is a series of four subject tests a person can take to demonstrate their high school academic knowledge. Earning a GED diploma from your state is the equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma. Some students choose to take this certification exam if they were not able to complete a traditional high school program. The Alumni Association will place those receiving a GED diploma in our database under the class year they would have graduated. Please contact the high school for more information on how to take and secure a GED. If you have received a GED diploma, contact the high school so that they can process and pass this information along to the Alumni Association registrar.

04/06/2021 – Placed the 2021 alumni newsletter out on the webpage.

Webpage reflects Facebook entry for the alumni association created in the fall 2014. Current membership is at 280 (up from 271 at the January 21st 2021 meeting).
