How do I Check my Voicemail?
Setting up Your Phone; First Time Use (Return to top)

Set name and password for voicemail access::
- Dial *17 to access the voicemail system.
- Enter your extension number, followed by the pound sign (#).
- You will be asked to enter a password; contact the principal's office in your building, or the district tech department, for the default password.
- You will then be prompted to enter a new password. It can be any number of digits, as long as they are not consecutive or repeating (not "1234" or "1111").
- Following the prompts, enter your new password, followed by the pound sign, and then confirm it.
- You will then be prompted to speak your name. Follow the prompts to press "1", speak your name only, and press "1" to end. DO NOT LEAVE ANY MESSAGE, ONLY CLEARLY SPEAK YOUR NAME.
- Follow the prompts to save your name.
- Note that if your phone rings for any longer than a specified period (5 rings by default), any re-direction feature that you have activated, such as voicemail or call forwarding, will come into effect.
