All District employees are required to have a Building Access Card or Identification Card. After prior approval from the Building Administrator you may obtain your card through the office of the Director of Facilities II located in the Maintenance Building on Route 3. Please call Suzanne Lashway at ext. 5636 or 5621 to set up an appointment (usually within 24 - 48 hrs.) to have your picture taken and card issued.
Once you have received your card, you must wear it at all times while in your building.
Please contact Suzanne at ext. 5636 or 5621 with any of the following.
1.) You have lost your card.
2.) If you have any changes in the building(s) you work in.
3.) If your card stops working.
