Venetia Valley PTA
At Venetia Valley School, we invite all parents, staff, and friends to be part of the Venetia Valley PTA! Regardless of your child’s age, your home language, or your time commitments. We strive to ensure our PTA is a welcoming and inclusive space for all.
We hope to see you at our meetings (currently online via Zoom), our events, or in the helping out in your child's classroom!
PTA GOALS:
- Continue to build strong bonds between our English and Spanish speaking families.
- To do more community projects and teach the children that there are ways to give back while having fun.
- To raise funds to support our sponsored programs: Music, Library, Physical Education, Field Trips, character development programs, classroom supplies, promotion ceremonies, and other special needs.
- To encourage all parents to volunteer their time and/or resources toward the betterment of our children’s educational experience.
ANNUAL FALCON FUND
The Venetia Valley Falcon Fund is the single biggest fundraising effort of the year. The public funding our school receives does not provide enough funds for many of Venetia Valley’s programs and needs. Some facts…..

Our expenses during the 2018-19 SY exceeded $60,000. The balance of the money was raised by fundraising events and grants. Expenses and fundraising have been down since the start of the pandemic. A more detailed report will be provided for the 2022-23 SY.

It is our goal to reach 100% participation from all Venetia Valley families and teachers. Without your support, valuable programs may be affected.
Although our pledge drive runs through October 31, your donations are welcome any time and we will accept monthly payments. This is a tax-deductible contribution (Tax ID #94-6172327). Please check with your employer to see if your company matches charitable donations. Payments can be made at the school office via check to VV PTA or online.
