Meet Tom Phillips at Literacy for the Lou!

Tom Phillips knows the magic of a good story. As a dyslexic child, he cherished the tales told by his family. Now, he creates stories that kids can enjoy on their own or share during read-aloud moments.

Based in Los Angeles, Tom is an accomplished artist and video editor, with work that includes projects for LeVar Burton Kids. Currently, he’s writing an animated feature inspired by Neil Gaiman’s Sunbird. When he’s not storytelling, Tom enjoys detective dramas and walking his dog, Dr. Watson, alongside his wife, Autumn.
