The role of the Mullanphy –ILC PTO is to support our school with supplemental funding, volunteer services, planning and coordination of events. We provide support to families, staff, and school. Our Family and Community Specialist will work closely with the PTO to help bridge gaps between school, parents, and the community, in order to help us reach our goals and implement our ideas.

District Parent Action Council Meeting is the last Tuesday of each month.

All parents are welcome. Our District Liaison will return with report.
Next Meeting is March 27, 2018 at 6:30pm.

 Create 2-3 Drop Boxes for “Warm Up Donations”

PTO will have section on Mullanphy Webpage
 Pictures of all PTO “elected” members to Mrs. Williams, if able
 Become a non for profit organization with bank account

Ideas Still in Progress
Have Informational Meeting during School Day for parents that aren’t able to attend evening meetings, possibly 9:15am
Create Superlatives/Awards, goody bags, and letters for Appreciation Week-PTO will provide for 2 days of the week (100 people)
Create a Volunteer Sign Up Sheet
Attendance Raffle- 1 week perfect attendance will allow 1 entry into monthly drawing – 1 winner each month to get name & picture posted in school
Looking for More Attendance Ideas or Prizes
Make a Large flyer to boost awareness of Facebook page/parental Involvement at P/T Conference
Possibly create a PTO app for parents to download
New fundraisers for next year
