Q: Do you have to join the military if you do JROTC?

A: No. There is no military commitment related to any JROTC program.

Q: Are you required to wear a uniform if you join the program?

A: Yes, uniforms are required but you only have to wear them once out of the week.

Q: Can I have colored hair?

A: As long  as it is a natural hair color, yes.

Q: What about nails?

A: Nails are okay as long as they aren't too long and have no designs/ jewelry on them.

Q: Do we wear the same uniforms the instructors do?

A: All cadets are issued and required to wear blue uniforms, but only some cadets can earn the right to wear the ABU's.
