We are excited to announce online registration for new students! This process replaces the paper registration forms of the past.

PowerSchool Registration is a secure process, which allows the district to verify all student demographic and emergency information for your child(ren). The system will also allow you to electronically sign permission forms for school district policies. In short, this easy online process replaces the hard copy student registration and permission forms that you would normally complete during enrollment. Completing this online form is an important and required component of our new student registration process.

To search by address, select “View larger map” in the upper right corner.
Select the magnifying glass in the upper left corner.
Type in an address (use suggested format if possible).

New Student Registration FAQs

Should I create an account?

*If you’ve never completed an online registration, you should create an account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number.
*If you already have an account, you can sign in and complete the form. (You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.)

Do I have to answer all the questions?

Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

What if I make a mistake?

If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “< Prev” to return to a previous page.

I’ve completed the form, now what?

When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.

What if I have more than one student in the district?

Do I need to do this for each child? Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific to each child. We recommend that you submit one registration and then start another – this will allow you to copy shared family information, which will save you time.

COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

Pima County Health Department will be administering COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics at Sahuarita school sites for eligible students, staff, and community members. The vaccinations are free, and no appointment is necessary. The vaccine is not required to attend school, and participation is voluntary.

Available vaccines:

Pfizer (ages 12+), Moderna (ages 18+), and Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+)

Free School Meals for SY 2021-2022

Meals are free to all students throughout the school year!

Middle school and high school students are encouraged to have their school IDs ready to scan to receive their meals.

SUSD Grab & Go Meals

SDPA students and non-students 18 & under, can receive free meals also. These meals can be picked up at the Central Cafeteria. Park in the Sahuarita Middle School parking lot and enter the cafeteria on the east side. Follow the signs. The pickup times are on Thursdays from 10:30 – 12:30. You will receive 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches. Please order these meals on the form below by Wednesday at 1:30 PM. *Note: There will be no weekend meals and no holiday meals.

Dear Parents,

We would like to invite you to our Meet and Greet for the 2021-2022 school year at the Early Childhood Center. This will take place on July 30, 2021. Due to our COVID-19 policy, times for Meet and Greet will be by the first initial of your child’s last name. Feel free to drop in at any time during your time frame to
meet your child’s teacher and classroom personnel, drop off classroom supplies, extra clothes and update paperwork. Please remember there is a $160.00 security deposit that is due at the time of Meet and Greet!
The Early Childhood Center is extremely excited to be able to serve your child’s needs and hopes that you involve yourself in the wonderful experiences your child is about to embark upon. We look forward to seeing you here. Masks are optional but are welcomed and encouraged.

Timeframes are as follows:

A-F: 10am-12pm
G-L: 11am-1pm
M-Q: 12pm-2pm
R-Z: 1pm-3pm
