Picture Days, Retakes, & Orders
Class of 2025 Seniors MUST schedule their yearbook photos with Erin Townsend Photography, 25 Main St., Middleport BEFORE August 27, 2024.
Drapes and tuxes are no longer required, but we do ask that students wear professional dress.
There is NO COST to have a senior picture taken. You may choose to order prints if you like.

Ordering pictures is easy! Following picture day, your student will be given a print form with their proof. This form will include a unique code which can be used to order pictures online at Erin Townsend Photography.

Sports Photos
We have now partnered with Erin Townsend for our school yearbook and sports photos!
Order forms can be viewed here. A unique link to each team's album will be provided so that parents can order pictures online.

To order Graduation 2023 photos use password "grad2023".

Order Your Scope Yearbook
Yearbooks are $60 +tax until Nov. 3, 2023
$65 +tax until Jan. 26, 2024
$70 +tax until May 31, 2024The last day to order yearbooks online is May 31, 2024. After, all orders may be submitted to the yearbook advisor.
If paying by check, make checks payable to "Royalton-Hartland CSD Student Activities" with "Scope Yearbook" in the memo, and give to Ms. Cousins.

2024 Yearbook Orders Due Online 5/31/24 (or until yearbooks are sold out)
2024-2025 School Year
- Senior Pictures must be taken by Erin Townsend by 8/27/24
- Picture Retakes 10/22/24
- Senior Information Survey 10/25/24
- Senior Superlatives 11/5/24
- Senior Ad Orders 12/2/24
- Senior Baby Pictures 12/2/24
Please only submit your best photo (only 1). Photos can be emailed to Ms. Cousins at kcousins@royhart.org OR delivered to the Library Media Center in an envelope clearly marked with the student's name. Photos should not be left with anyone else besides Ms. Cousins or Mrs. Mathews (Library Clerk).

Can I order past yearbooks?
Yes! Past yearbooks are available for sale. Please call the library media center at 716.735.2000 ext. 2322 to find if the yearbook you are interested in has a copy for purchase.
2021 and 2022 Scope Yearbooks are for sale at $40 for a bundle (one-2021 & one- 2022) or $25 each, while supplies last.

My business would like to support students and their publication by placing an ad in the yearbook.
Placing your business information in the yearbook is a great way to support this student publication! It ensures that we can keep costs down for students and our equipment updated.
Our advertising rates are as follows:

¼ page (4.25 x 5.5 inches or 1275 x 1680px) ................ $80.00
½ page (8.5 x 5.5 inches or 2550 x 1680px) .................. $160.00
Full page (no bleed, 8.5 x 11 inches or 2550 x 3300px) $300.00

After deciding what size ad you would like, you may enter your information through Jostens or email your ad to the advisor in the form of a .jpg.
If you do not have print ready advertising available, we are happy to create an ad for you. Simply supply the information you would like to have included in your advertisement.
Checks should be made payable to “Royalton-Hartland CSD Student Activities” with “Scope Yearbook Ad” in the memo, and mailed to the above address, no later than December 31st.
