ProgressBook
Setting up parent access in ProgressBook involves a few steps to ensure parents can view their child's academic progress and other relevant information. Here’s a general guide:
In oder to gain access to your child's ProgressBook information you must have an Access Key provided by the school. If you have lost your key or have not received on from your school you can contact our Technology Support Specialist Stacy Partin at stacy.partin@rossrams.com. In your email please include your child's name and school. You will then receive a parent key to access your child's information in ProgressBook.
- Receive Access Key:
- Obtain the parent access key letter from your child’s school. This letter will have a unique registration key needed to create an account.
- Visit the ProgressBook Parent Access Portal:
- Go to the ProgressBook Parent Access https://parentaccess.swoca.net/Home/District/ro.
- Register an Account:
- Click on the "Create Account" or "New User" link.
- Enter the registration key from the access key letter.
- Fill in the required personal information, such as name, email address, and create a username and password.
- Complete the registration process by following the on-screen instructions.
- Log In:
- After registering, log in using the newly created username and password.
- You should now have access to your child’s academic information, including grades, assignments, attendance, and more.
Troubleshooting:
- Forgot Password:
- If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it.
- Multiple Children:
- If you have multiple children, you may need to enter additional registration keys for each child within your account settings.
- Technical Issues:
- If you encounter technical issues or did not receive an access key, contact Stacy Partin at stacy.partin@rossrams.com. In your email please include your child's name and school
By following these steps, parents can gain access to ProgressBook to monitor and support their child’s academic progress.
