    6th grade Science - This is an introductory Physical Science course for Middle School level students. The course is aligned with the Middle School Physical Science Next Generation Science Standards and Common Core Literacy standards. Students will use scientific inquiry to discover phenomena of the physical world.  This course gives an introductory overview of matter and energy.

     
     7th grade Science - This is an introductory Life Science course for Middle School level students. The course is aligned with the Middle School Life Science Next Generation Science Standards and Common Core Literacy standards. Students will use scientific inquiry to discover phenomena of the biological world.  This course gives an introductory overview of the characteristics and structures of living organisms and explains how they reproduce and survive in the environment.
     
     8th grade Science – This is an introductory Earth and Space Science course for Middle School level students.  The course is aligned with the Middle School Earth Science Next Generation Science Standards and Common Core Literacy standards.  Students will use scientific inquiry to discover phenomena of earth and space systems.  This course gives an introductory overview of earth processes and studies various aspects of the solar system.
