While he was growing up, I observed a special trait in this boy – one of genuine thoughtfulness and caring for people…a trait that would eventually culminate in his exemplary leadership role in the field of education. But no matter what vocation Ryan was destined for, his strong character and redoubtable people skills would not only pay huge dividends for himself, but also for those surrounding him.
