Each student is responsible for collecting all required signatures and returning the form to the School Counseling Office by Friday, May 22<sup>nd<\/sup>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All teachers&#8217; signatures must be obtained before students are allowed to pay any fines or other financial obligations.\u00a0 The completed form then goes to Ms. Forquer or Dr. Loving, who will ensure that all forms have been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seniors who have unpaid financial obligations and\/or who have not returned the check-out form will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony. Any outstanding VCU library fines must be paid directly to the VCU library.
