We are very excited to announce that our talented students in the fine arts were recently honored by having their work selected in this year’s Scholastic Art competition. \u00a0 This is a highly competitive art show which was made more so by competing in the Southeast Region-at-Large. \u00a0Despite this, our students had another record setting year of awards, making us one of the most honored schools in the area and recognizing Maggie Walker as one of the region\u2019s top schools for the Arts. \u00a0 \u00a0This success is due to our talented students, but also our excellent faculty, and the tremendous support we receive from the school administration and the Visual Arts Boosters.<\/p>\n
