One of the reasons I enjoy my job as a teacher is I do something called co-teaching, a method where I go into the classroom and help students with their academics.  I go into all core areas including math, English, social studies, and science.  It benefits me personally and professionally to see a variety of teaching and learning styles.  For example in Physical Science we did a lab building a catapult, in which the students made mini-models and tested the launch.  I enjoy the hands on activities and team building/problem solving skills it for which it allows.  Teaching truly does take a variety of methods.
