As the Box Tops for Education Coordinator, Labels for Education Coordinator, and Funding Factory Coordinator for the elementary school, I wanted to
send out a note to let you know how you can support our school through these programs.
Box Tops for Education:
Box Tops for Education is a national school earnings program that has been around since 1996.
Since then, schools across the country have earned over half a billion dollars from Box Tops to
buy whatever they need.
There are multiple ways to support our school through Box Tops for Education.
• The first is to Clip Box Tops found on hundreds of products and send them to school with
your child(ren). Each Box Top is worth 10 cents for our schools! Find a complete list of
participating box tops products at www.btfe.com/products
• The second is to register online at BTFE.com where you can not only track earnings and
enter for chances to win extra cash for our schools but also earn eBoxTops at the
marketplace (www.BTFE.com/marketplace) for our school with qualified purchases.
• You can also find Box Tops for Education on Facebook and other social media outlets.
Bonuses and other updates are posted to the page regularly.
Labels for Education:
Labels for Education is a fun and easy program where families and members of the community
work together to “Earn Free Stuff” for their school! The labels have various point values. The
points can then be turned in for art, athletic, and academic merchandise for our schools.
There are multiple ways to support our school through the Labels for Education.
• The first is by the collection of UPCs and beverage/sauce caps from over 2,500
participating products. Find a complete list of participating labels at
http://www.labelsforeducation.com/Earn-Points/Participating-Products
• The second is by registering online at http://www.labelsforeducation.com/
Here you can sign up for the eLabels for Education program (this does not effect
your Kroger Rewards), find bonus offers, and buy cookbooks for points
• You can also find Labels for Education on Facebook and other social media outlets.
Bonuses and other updates are posted to the page regularly.
Funding Factory:
FundingFactory is a fun, free school fundraiser! You send your old, used inkjet and toner cartridges, cell phones, MP3 players, digital cameras, GPS devices, headsets, and laptops t oschool for cash. FundingFactory pays for ALL acceptable items, regardless of condition. That's right -the school will even earn cash for your broken or off-brand cartridges!
There are a couple of ways to support our school through Funding Factory.
- The first is send your items from the Funding Factory Qualifying list to school with your child(ren). To see the list of acceptable items go to: http://www.fundingfactory.com/programs/recycling/qualifying_items.aspx.
- You can also participate in contests and promotions via the web site: facebook.com/FundingFactory.
What these programs do for our schools:
Funds received from these programs goes to funding for the library. It primarily pays for the Accelerated Reader program and STAR Reading Assessment.
I would like to thank everyone who has sent in items this year and encourage everyone to continue to do so through the remainder of the year. I would also like to let you know that I am no longer collecting the pop tabs. Thanks to those of you who have sent them in this year but I will no longer be accepting the pop tabs.
Let's keep those Box Tops, Labels for Education, and Funding Factory items coming in and funding a good future for our students!!!
