Hannibal Dollars for Scholars administers the $1,000 Trooper Amanda Anna Scholarship, open to Oswego County female students in the top 20% of their class who have participated in athletic activities and have a good record of community involvement.  Applications and references are submitted online on the Student & Parents page.
