To start teamviewer click the icon in the start menu or in the all programs menu.

If teamviewer has been opened already and you need to find the icon, click the arrow in the system tray in the lower right.

Double click the teamviewer icon shown

Please tell your tech both the ID# and password. The password changes everytime the machine restarts or the refresh button is clicked (the circle next to the password).
