Members of the Pioneer Valley Christian Academy community are welcome to join the Board of Directors for a monthly prayer meeting the first Saturday of each month beginning at 8:00 AM in The Townsend Library on campus.
The last school day of the 2024-2025 year will be Friday, June 6. Students will be dismissed at 11:30 am.

On Wednesday, June 4 from 8:00AM-12:00PM students in Grades 2-5 will participate in a variety of fun outdoor activities, including water activities. Please ensure students are dressed comfortably and provide a change of clothes. Please ensure your student brings a water bottle, and wear sunscreen if you would like them to have it on.
Students in Grades 9-11 will take their second semester exams this week.
The Pioneer Valley Christian Academy Class of 2025 commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 7:00-8:30 PM. All are welcome to attend.
All Grade 12 students are required to attend graduation rehearsal on Friday, May 30, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Following the senior breakfast and parade, the seniors will go to the gymnasium to rehearse for commencement.
PVCA will be closed Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day. Classes will resume Tuesday, May 27 at 8:00 AM.
The upper school spring performance will take place on Friday, May 23, at 7:00 pm. The event is free and open to the public.
Students in grade 12 will take their second semester exams May 19 - 21.

On Friday, April 18, Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will be closed in observance of Good Friday.
PVCA preschool students will sing in the Son Creek Farm Spring Concert, the concert will be held on Thursday, April 17 at 6:00PM, doors will open at 5:30PM. There will be light refreshments in the cafeteria following the concert.
On Friday, April 11, preschool faculty will be attending the ACSI Early Childhood Conference in Holden, MA and all three preschool classes will be closed for that day. Preschool will resume on Monday, April 14, 8:00 AM.
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will host an Open House on Thursday, April 10, at 7:00PM. Take a tour of the 25-acre campus, hear from faculty and staff, speak with some current students, and meet the Head of School, Dr. Joshua Keegan.

Parents and students in grade 5 are invited to attend the Grade 6 Orientation. Spring sports at Pioneer Valley Christian Academy kick-off on Monday, March 17. The offerings this spring will be: Coed Track and Field, Boy's Tennis, Girls' Tennis, and Boys' Volleyball. Pioneer Valley Christian Academy students in grade eleven take the ASVAB test on Friday, January 31. The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery measures a student's knowledge and ability in ten different areas. It is not an IQ test, but the ASVAB does help assess which jobs a student is best suited to perform.
