We would like to invite all preschool and kindergarten students and their parents to come and say hi to their teacher, visit the classroom, and receive important information for the upcoming school year. Prior to the meet and greet each student will receive a letter from their teacher as well as a supply list.

Pioneer Valley Christian Academy administration, faculty, staff, and students in grades preschool through grade twelve will have their portraits taken on Monday, September 15. The photos will be used in the PVCA yearbook. Parents may order prints. Order forms will be sent home with each student.

From Monday, October 6 to Thursday, October 9, students in Grades K-5 who missed MAP Testing will have the opportunity to make up the test.
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Friday, October 31, 1:00 - 6:00 PM. Parents of students in Pre-K through Grade 12 can sign up for conferences online by visiting, https://pvcama.org/ptc/.

The PVO is excited to announce the return of the Christmas Shop! The Christmas Shop provides an opportunity for Pre-K through Grade 12 students to purchase gifts for their family and friends in a fun, festive atmosphere. Gifts are priced for a child’s budget, with most gifts priced between $2-3. We accept cash, check, and Venmo.
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will have an early dismissal on Friday, December 19. Students will be dismissed at 11:30AM.
