Rehearsals:

• Once a week (a second rehearsal may be scheduled a week or two before school concerts or performances). Outside practice is expected by each member ahead of rehearsal.
• After school from 3 until 4 or 4:30. From 3 to 3:05, students can have a snack before rehearsal.
• Exact days will change each year based on schedule of students in the group.
• Any member is allowed to attend extra help with a teacher to make up missed work, and can arrive to rehearsal late if they provide a late pass. If they do not have a pass it will be considered an unexcused lateness
• Three unexcused tardies will equal as one unexcused absence. 
• A student will be given a warning if more than 2 unexcused absences occur.
• A student will be on probation if more than 3 unexcused absences occur and a call home will be made.
• If more than 4 unexcused absences occur, then the student will meet with the advisor and determine their placement in the group.
