Counselor

Ms. Abraham

I am so grateful to be serving Atkinson for the 2nd year as the counselor. After teaching 1st grade for 9 years in PISD and 5th grade math and science in CCISD, it is great to be back home in PISD. I graduated from the University of Houston - Main Campus with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I later completed my Masters of Education in School Counseling at the University of St. Thomas.
I have a passion for working with kids and am so thankful to be able to do it for a living.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my extremely large, loud, and funny family as well as my amazing friends. I have been fortunate to serve others through mission trips locally and abroad. I also enjoy playing and watching sports.

Reese's peanut butter cups, Ferrero Rocher, pizza, chocolate chip cookies, Target, and Old Navy are a few of my favorite things.
