LDB Certification
The Office of Business Opportunity accepts local developing business (LDB) certificates from the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA). If you are currently certified by GOAA, please submit a copy of your certification along with the OBO Vendor Registration Form.
The Office of Business Opportunity also certifies LDBs. To apply for certification, submit to our office a completed copy of the checklist and application below.
