The Water Spring Elementary School Otters celebrated the dedication of their brand-new, $22.4M school on November 13. The new Horizon West School was built on land with a distinctive, dark red dirt, so the school put scoops in jars and topped them with miniature otters to give away at their event. The dedication included a student dance performance, remarks from two terrific student speakers, and a musical performance. Students promised to take good care of their new school.
