GENERAL REMINDERS CONCERNING VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL SEASON(S):

• We expect representatives of NMES to display good sportsmanship. Students usually adopt attitudes of his/her parents. Please remain supportive.
• Physicals are required for participation on the school teams. Each player must have a physical before the play in a game or match.
• Student-athletes may become academically ineligible if they receive anything less than a "C-" in "Citizenship" or anything less than a "D-" in any core subject. Any higher standard set by parents will be supported by North Miami coaches and administration.
• If a student-athlete is absent from school, they are unable to participate in a scheduled event on the same day. Also, if regular school attendance becomes a concern for a student-athlete, s/he may lose athletic eligibility.
• Any time school is canceled (or students are dismissed early) due to bad weather, all school events (practices and games) will be canceled (or postponed) as well.
