Coach Curtis Blackburn

Hello! I'm Coach Blackburn,

I am beginning year number 5 at Neshoba Central High School and year number 19 of my career.  I have a BS in Elementary Education from MSU-Meridian and a Master's in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama.   I grew up in Newton County but I have lived in Lauderdale County the last 14 years. My wife is  Kristin Barefield Blackburn and we have two children, Brayden (22), entering his senior year at the University of Mississippi, and Blakely (10), entering 6th grade here at NCMS. I have also worked at Lake Attendance Center, Northeast Lauderdale High School, and Quitman High School.
