Hello! I'm Mr. Horne,

I'm beginning my 26th year in education.

I have a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership from Mississippi State University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Mississippi State University, an Associate in Arts Degree in Elementary Education from East Central Community College, and I am a proud 1993 graduate of Neshoba Central High School.

I am married to the former Doris Clay of Union, MS and we have 2 children. David (25) and Will (16).
