NACS is pleased to offer an option for paying with a credit or debit card such fees as the Device Protection Plan, technology or textbook repairs, as well as some athletics purchases. We have contracted with RevTrak, a national credit card payment processor to provide the simple security and convenience of making online payments. The store accepts Discover, MasterCard, or Visa (credit or debit).

Use this link to access the store. Items for purchase/payment will be on the home page and under the Shop menu. The Resources menu has further instructions on how to use the site.

Paying Student Fees:

During the summer of 2022, NACS made a switch to a new billing and invoice software. Because of this change, parents will now receive statements for textbook fees, technology repairs, and a myriad of other possible school fees (field trips, extra-curricular activities, etc...) in the future.

What to expect:

• Fee Statements will be emailed from each school treasurer, however, the sender address will be Notification@target####.brightarrow.com.
• Fee Statements will consistently have a subject that says "Northwest Allen County Schools Fee Statement for [student name]"
• Fee statement emails will include an attached PDF file that is password protected. To open attachment, you will use your student's ID number.

How to View Fees and Make Payments:

• Families can log into PowerSchool to view fees. Parents can also directly link to RevTrak, though the PowerSchool Fees menu, to complete payments.
• When paying textbook and course-related fees in RevTrak, families will need to link their PowerSchool Parent Portal account with the system. This is a one-time process for each student attending NACS and will allow for more seamless transactions in the future.
  • Families will first navigate to the NACS RevTrak Web Store and they will log in with their credentials.
  • Families will click on the "Student Fees" option, under the Shop drop-down menu.
  • Families will click on the "Student Fees" payment option along the left-hand side of the screen, and they will be prompted to enter their PowerSchool Parent Portal login information.
    •  Many families have encountered errors if the browser is attempting to add their RevTrak username/password in this space. 
    • You MUST use your PowerSchool Parent Portal credentials at this second log in screen in order to proceed further in the process. 

• Once you have completed the login process, you will be able to select which student-associated feels you would like to pay and complete the payment process.
