EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Northwest Allen County Board of School Trustees met in executive session on Friday, January 4, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. in the Central Office board room. Members Present: Ronald Felger, Paul Sloffer, Mary Wysong, John Hilger and Kent Somers.Also present: Chris Himsel, Bill Mallers and John Bloom.

I.C.5-14-1.5-6.1(b) 11: To train school board members with an outside consultant about the performance of the role of the members as public officials.

Mr.Bloom and Mr. Himsel presented information about the performance of the role of the members as public officials as outlined by law and by adopted bylaws.Training was also provided about changed in state law that pertains to the evaluation of the Superintendent's job performance.

No Other business was discussed.
