1. High ability students in grade K-12 will be identified regardless of gender, race, age, socio-economic background or language of origin.

2. The Northwest Allen County Schools staff will be presented with opportunities for training in the academic, social and emotional needs of high ability students.

3. Northwest Allen County Schools will provide differentiated curriculum, instruction and social-emotional support for high ability students.
