Saving to H: Drive Video Demonstration (1:49 minutes)
The video linked above demonstrates how to save your files to the H: drive. Files saved to the NACS network are securely stored in your own space and not accessible by others*. Files are backed up regularly, are accessible from home, and are accessible from any NACS computer that you login to. You may save to your computer desktop or C: drive is not recommended, as those files are not backed up and will be lost if there is a hardware failure or need to image your machine. Consider it for temporary storage only, relying on your H: drive for copies of all important files.
*Students have access to only their files. School staff have access to view but not change their students' files. Staff do not have access to other staff members' files. NACS Technology Department has access to all files.
