REGULAR MEETING
The Northwest Allen County Board of School Trustees met in regular session on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Central Office Board Room. Members present: Ron Felger, Kent Somers, Paul Sloffer, John Hilger, and Liz Hathaway. Also present: Chris Himsel, Bill Mallers, Lisa Harris, staff, students, patrons and a reporter.

President Ron Felger called the meeting to order. Motion to approve the minutes of the February 9, 2015 regular meeting as presented by John Hilger; seconded by Paul Sloffer. Motion carried.

A. CARROLL HIGH SCHOOL ROOF BIDS Recommended Dahm Brothers, Inc. at a bid of $721,000 for the Carroll High School Roofing project. Motion to approve by Paul Sloffer; seconded by Kent Somers. Motion carried.
B. CAPITAL PROJECTS RESOLUTION Recommended approval of the enclosed Capital Projects Emergency Resolution for $7,686.32. Motion to approve by John Hilger; seconded by Liz Hathaway. Motion carried.
C. CORPORATION PURCHASES Building Corporation Purchases - $ 43,765.00. Motion to approve by Paul Sloffer; seconded by John Hilger. Motion carried.
