Having accurate information about the COVID-19 Vaccine is important since widespread vaccination plays an essential role in controlling the pandemic in LA County and beyond. You can now voluntarily upload your child's COVID-19 Vaccination Card into the AERIES Parent Portal.

If your child is fully vaccinated, we request that you follow the directions provided below, to provide the school with verification of your child's status as fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
